The Challenge
Meter readings across sites were recorded manually and electrical component stock tracked through paper registers. Data was scattered, audits were slow, and billing reconciliation took days each month.
Our Solution
Two-module web application: (1) Digital Meter Reading — field staff submit readings via mobile browser, system auto-calculates consumption and flags anomalies; (2) Stock Management — tracks components, purchase orders, site-wise consumption, and low-stock alerts. Both feed a unified admin dashboard.
The Result
Meter reading collection time reduced from 3 days to same-day. Billing errors eliminated. Stock audits now take 20 minutes instead of 2 days. Real-time inventory valuations for management.
