Project Breakdown
Challenge. Solution. Result.
The Challenge
The client wanted to replicate AstroTalk's per-minute billing model — real-time chat, video calls, astrologer availability management, and automatic wallet deduction — with a fast build timeline.
Our Solution
Two-sided marketplace with astrologer profiles, real-time availability, live chat with per-minute wallet deduction, video consultation via WebRTC, automatic session end on wallet exhaustion, and astrologer payout management. Razorpay wallet recharge.
The Result
60 verified astrologers at launch. Average session duration: 18 minutes. Wallet recharge conversion: 67% after free first session. Astrologers reported 3× more consultations vs. offline.
