The Challenge
Managing tea variety stock, dealer orders, and payments was done entirely by phone calls and manual registers. Tracking dealer outstanding payments and generating delivery challans was time-consuming and prone to errors.
Our Solution
We built a web inventory and dealer management system plus an Android app for field reps. Features: product catalogue (tea variants, grades, packaging), dealer order placement, automatic stock deduction, challan generation, payment tracking, and an admin dashboard with sales analytics.
The Result
Order processing time reduced by 70%. Stock discrepancies eliminated. Dealer outstanding payments tracked in real time. Field reps could place orders from the app without calling the office.
