The Challenge
Running 4 brands from one kitchen with orders on 3 separate tablets (Zomato, Swiggy, own website) was chaotic. Orders were missed, KOT timing was off, and brand-wise profitability was impossible to track.
Our Solution
Centralised Kitchen Operations System with order aggregation (Zomato + Swiggy API + direct), unified KDS with brand-wise colour coding, preparation timer, order completion tracking, recipe management for raw material consumption, and brand-wise P&L dashboard.
The Result
Order miss rate dropped from 8% to 0.2%. Average prep time reduced by 14 minutes. Management had real-time brand-wise profitability data for the first time.
