The Challenge
The GraceGlow brand was selling through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp with no professional storefront — resulting in lost sales, no cart recovery, and no customer purchase history.
Our Solution
Custom e-commerce store with professional product pages (ingredients, skin type suitability, before/after), skin type quiz to recommend products, Razorpay with UPI/cards/COD, order management, customer accounts with order history, and an admin panel for inventory and fulfilment.
The Result
Store live at graceglow.in. Brand moved from manual DM-based orders to automated checkout with payment confirmation. Customer repeat purchase rate improved with account-based purchase history.
