The Challenge
The client needed to flip the traditional marketplace model: buyers post requirements, vendors bid. No standard platform supported this reverse procurement flow with bid comparison and escrow.
Our Solution
Custom marketplace with buyer requirement posting (specifications, quantity, delivery, budget), vendor bid submission, automated bid comparison matrix, buyer-vendor chat, and payment escrow. Vendors had a dashboard for active tenders and win/loss analytics.
The Result
200+ registered vendors at launch. Average 6.3 competitive bids per requirement. Buyers reported 18–25% cost savings vs. previous procurement methods.
