The Challenge
Sales managers had zero visibility into where field reps were visiting, how many orders they were booking, and whether they were hitting their daily targets. Payroll and incentive calculations were done manually at month end.
Our Solution
Android app with GPS-verified dealer check-in/check-out, order entry at the dealer location, product catalogue with pricing, daily beat plan tracking, territory-wise performance dashboard, and automated incentive calculation based on target achievement. Manager app with real-time team location and order feed.
The Result
Live on Google Play Store. Field reps's accountability increased from day one. Payroll processing time reduced from 2 days to automated same-day calculation. Sales managers had real-time territory visibility.
