The Challenge
Traditional Gallery Pvt. Ltd. was managing export billing, GST invoices, customs documentation, and buyer ledgers entirely through Excel sheets. As order volume grew, errors in foreign currency calculations, GST compliance, and shipping document generation became frequent and costly.
Our Solution
We built a dedicated export billing system with multi-currency invoice generation, GST & IGST auto-calculation, export document templates (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill), buyer management, and real-time payment tracking. Tailored specifically to Rajasthan textile export workflows.
The Result
Billing errors reduced by 90%. Invoice generation time cut from 45 minutes to under 3 minutes. Full GST compliance automated. Client extended the project scope to additional modules after go-live.
