Users on the Free Plan can cancel their account at any time without any charges.
No payment is required or collected under the Free Plan, hence no refund applies.
When you subscribe to any of our paid packages (monthly or yearly), you agree to the terms outlined below:
You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account dashboard.
After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No further payments will be charged after cancellation.
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
Double billing or accidental multiple charges.
Technical failure caused by our system that prevents usage of essential features (and not resolved within 7 business days).
Cancellation requested within 48 hours of initial payment AND no significant usage of platform features.
Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
No Refunds will be provided for:
Change of mind after plan activation.
Unused services or features within the subscription period.
Renewal payments after the trial or billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
Domains registered through WebPino are non-refundable once purchased, as they are processed through third-party providers.
Any third-party services (e.g., plugins, email marketing tools) purchased via our platform follow their own refund policies.
