Free Plan: Instant access upon account creation.
Paid Plan: Access is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation.
You will also receive a confirmation email with details of your subscription and access credentials.
If you have opted for a custom domain, domain configuration and propagation may take up to 24–48 hours after payment and setup submission.
Your website will be hosted and published online through our servers as soon as your setup is completed and approved.
We do not ship or deliver any physical products. All services, including templates, modules, and platform features, are provided digitally via your online dashboard.
WebPino services are available 24/7. However, there may be brief periods of scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtimes. We strive to notify users in advance in such cases.
