Option for custom domains and white-label branding.
Monthly or annual billing as per selected plan.
Refunds: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or a billing error is identified.
You agree to:
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute our services without written permission.
Not upload or host illegal, harmful, or adult content.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or any applicable law.
All content, design elements, software, and modules of WebPino are the intellectual property of WebPino Softwares. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, by posting content on your website via WebPino, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of our service.
You are solely responsible for:
Ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
Complying with copyright, privacy, and data protection laws.
Paid plans may include domain registration or connection.
Domains registered via WebPino are subject to third-party registrar terms.
Hosting is included for all active plans. WebPino reserves the right to manage and optimize server resources for performance and security.
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
Your site may be downgraded to a free plan or deactivated.
Data associated with your account may be deleted after a grace period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
WebPino shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business due to service interruptions
Third-party services, domains, or content hosted via your website
Use of our platform is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice
Update these Terms occasionally; changes will be posted on this page
Your continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jaipur Rajasthan. Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur.
