The Challenge
The gym was managing member registrations, attendance, and fee payments through spreadsheets and phone calls. Trainers had no digital way to share personalised workout and diet plans with members.
Our Solution
Member app with digital membership card, QR check-in, trainer-assigned workout plans with video demonstrations, diet tracking, progress photos, and fee payment reminders. Gym admin panel for membership management, attendance reports, trainer assignment, and revenue analytics.
The Result
App live on Google Play Store. Paperless attendance and membership management from launch. Trainer-member communication streamlined through the app.
