The Challenge
The founder needed a scalable marketplace where fitness professionals could list services and users could discover, book, and pay — with trainer availability calendars, online/offline session types, and split payment payouts. No off-the-shelf solution covered this flow.
Our Solution
Full-stack platform: React Native app for users and trainers, Laravel backend, and a web admin panel. Features: trainer profiles with specialisations, availability calendar, Razorpay booking, session reminders, trainer payout dashboard, and review/rating system.
The Result
80+ trainers onboarded in the first month. Booking-to-completion rate of 92%. Admin panel enabled independent management of disputes, payouts, and promotions.
