The Challenge
The Devnagri Swaad brand had a strong following for authentic Indian food but was dependent on third-party aggregators with high commissions. They needed their own branded app for direct customer relationships and better margins.
Our Solution
Customer app with menu browsing by cuisine/category, customisation options (spice, portion), Razorpay checkout, live order tracking with chef and delivery status. Kitchen dashboard for order queue management with prep timers. Delivery agent app for pickup and drop. Admin panel for menu updates and analytics.
The Result
App live on Google Play Store. Direct orders through the app reducing commission costs vs. aggregators. Branded experience strengthening customer loyalty.
