The Challenge
Jewellery ERP has unique requirements — karigar-wise job tracking, metal weight accounting, stone inventory, making charge calculations, and BIS hallmarking compliance. The client needed to see these industry-specific workflows before committing.
Our Solution
Designed a jewellery-specific ERP prototype with screens for karigar job card creation and completion, gold/silver stock movement (in/out/issue), customer order management with stone and design details, making charge and wastage calculation, invoice generation with HSN codes, and hallmark certificate tracking.
The Result
Prototype demonstrated the full jewellery ERP workflow to the client. Industry-specific screens generated confidence for proceeding with custom development.
