The Challenge
Production planning, material requisitions, order management, and dispatch were running on disconnected spreadsheets. Raw material shortages and delivery delays were recurring due to zero real-time visibility.
Our Solution
We developed a manufacturing ERP covering raw material procurement, production planning with machine-wise work orders, finished goods inventory, sales order management, dispatch with challan generation, and a customer ledger. Role-based access for production floor, accounts, and management.
The Result
Real-time production visibility achieved from day one. Material shortage alerts eliminated stockouts. Customer dispatch accuracy improved to 98%. Management received daily production efficiency dashboards.
