The Challenge
The startup needed an internal system to manage car host onboarding, vehicle verification, rental agreements, insurance tracking, damage reports, and customer communications — all in one place rather than across emails and spreadsheets.
Our Solution
CRM with separate portals for operations staff, car hosts, and renters. Features: vehicle listing approval workflow, ID and document verification tracking, booking management, digital rental agreements, damage report with photo upload, and automated email and SMS communications.
The Result
