The Challenge
Clinics, salons, and service businesses were managing appointments through phone calls and paper registers — resulting in missed appointments, double bookings, and long walk-in queues.
Our Solution
Multi-tenant SaaS where businesses configure their services, working hours, and slot capacity. Customers book via a shareable link, receive WhatsApp confirmation and reminder, and check in digitally on arrival. Business dashboard shows real-time queue status, today's appointments, and no-show tracking.
The Result
Platform live at slotcheckin.com with multiple businesses onboarded. No-show rate reduced through WhatsApp reminders. Walk-in queue management significantly improved.
